Ingrid Solheim and StS-ISONOR have advanced to the national final of EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2026. At the regional final for Western Norway, held at Hotel Norge in Bergen on 4 November, StS-ISONOR was one of three companies selected to go through. The national final will take place at Oslo Plaza on 4 February 2027.

StS-ISONOR took part in the regional final alongside Entec Group / Entec Evotec, Lerum, FourPhase and LOS Power Solutions. Lerum and Entec also advanced to the national final.
The regional final gave us the opportunity to get to know the other companies better and learn about the stories behind their growth. It was inspiring to hear how they have built their businesses and driven progress in different industries. We came away from the evening with fresh perspectives and inspiration.
We thank Lerum, Entec Group / Entec Evotec, FourPhase and LOS Power Solutions for an inspiring regional final, and congratulate Lerum and Entec on securing a place in the national final. We look forward to meeting again in Oslo!

Reaching the final is an opportunity to highlight the work carried out at StS-ISONOR over many years. Employees, union representatives, managers and owners have all contributed to developing the company and laying the foundations for further growth.
The merger between StS and ISONOR in 2023 has opened up new markets and customer groups and made the company a more comprehensive provider. At the same time, product development and a long-term commitment to international markets for our habitat services have contributed to growth and improved results.
Behind this progress are employees who use their expertise every day to solve problems and deliver for our customers – across disciplines, projects and locations.
Next stop: the national final in Oslo
Independent juries select finalists and winners at both national and international level.
The national final for the 2026 programme will take place on 4 February 2027. The Norwegian winner will go on to compete in EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year in Monaco in May 2027.
