Ingrid Solheim nominated for EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2026
Ingrid Solheim of StS-ISONOR has been nominated for EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2026. The nomination highlights the company’s long-term growth, strong results and focused development. The regional final will take place on 4 November at Hotel Norge in Bergen.

EY Entrepreneur Of The Year honours entrepreneurs who demonstrate drive, create lasting value and contribute to the development of the business community. For StS-ISONOR, the nomination recognises the work carried out over many years by owners, union representatives, managers and employees throughout the organisation.
Long-term efforts deliver results
StS-ISONOR has followed a long-term plan to become a stronger and more comprehensive provider in the industry. The merger between StS and ISONOR in 2023 has been a key driving force. It has opened up new markets and customer groups, strengthened the organisation and enabled the company to participate in larger and more complex projects.
In 2025, the company began to realise the benefits of the merger. At the same time, focused product development and a long-term commitment to the international expansion of its habitat services contributed to both revenue growth and improved results. StS-ISONOR currently has around 700 employees.
“First and foremost, this nomination recognises the people of StS-ISONOR. Our results have been created by skilled and loyal employees who deliver high-quality work for our customers every day, across the country and in all kinds of weather,” says Ingrid Solheim.
Believe in the direction
For Solheim, growth is about more than numbers. She describes herself as committed, optimistic and a people person. Her advice to the next generation of entrepreneurs is simple: Enjoy what you do and believe in what you deliver.
“It is important to stay true to the direction we have chosen, even when day-to-day work is busy and challenges keep arising. At the same time, we must see our people and show kindness whenever we can. It is people who drive development,” she says.
The regional final of EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2026 will take place on 4 November at Hotel Norge in Bergen.
