We are pleased to announce that Ingvill McGillivray-Birnie has joined StS ISONOR as the new Head of HSE, Risk, Quality, and Sustainability.
With an impressive background from companies such as Saipem, Maersk (Noble), and TechnipFMC, Ingvill brings extensive experience and expertise to our organization.
Ingvill, who is 46 years old, is passionate about developing and ensuring a safe and systematic work environment. She focuses on the implementation and follow-up of procedures and routines, risk assessments, training, audits, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Her work is driven by a desire to make a tangible difference for both the safety and well-being of individuals in the workplace and the development and professionalism of the organization.

During her application process for the position, Ingvill noticed StS ISONOR's slogan: "It depends on you." This slogan resonated with her immediately, as it encapsulates the essence of HSE work: HSE concerns everyone. It must be anchored in the leadership, but it is equally a responsibility that lies with each individual employee.
