StS-ISONOR is experiencing increasing demand and is hiring supervisors for several of our locations. We are looking for candidates with a trade certificate (fagbrev) who want to work in a dynamic professional environment with varied responsibilities.
Work location: Bergen/Stavanger. The workplace will be onshore/offshore, with working hours in accordance with the applicable schedule for the project in question.
We currently have projects on several offshore platforms and onshore in the following areas: Stavanger, Bergen, Øygarden, Mongstad, Stord, Skien, Grimstad.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead the execution of assigned tasks at the worksite
- Ensure HSE is safeguarded during planning and execution
- Contribute to effective risk management
- Guide and motivate personnel in their work, ensuring that new employees receive proper introduction to routines, requirements, scope of work, and the team
- Ensure optimal allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials
- Ensure quality in accordance with specified requirements
- Ensure competence requirements are met during planning and work allocation
- Carry out required reporting and timekeeping
- Personnel responsibility for operational staff and possibly Foremen
Qualifications
- Trade certificate in one or more of the ISO disciplines (Insulation, Scaffolding, Surface Treatment)
- Minimum 10 years of relevant operational experience in one or more ISO disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of operational leadership experience
- Good language skills in Norwegian/English
