Project Leader (Insulation, Scaffolding, Surface)

StS-ISONOR is experiencing increasing demand and is hiring project managers for several of our locations. We are looking for candidates with leadership experience who want to work in a dynamic professional environment with varied responsibilities.

Work location: Bergen/Stavanger. Permanent placement at current or future project sites may also be relevant.

We currently have projects in the following areas: Stavanger, Bergen, Øygarden, Mongstad, Stord, Skien, Grimstad.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects with overall responsibility for planning, execution, and completion
• Ensure HSE compliance in planning and execution of activities
• Prepare plans and follow up on progress, changes, and quality of deliveries
• Prepare budgets and basis for invoicing, and monitor project finances
• Report to clients and internally in accordance with applicable requirements
• Personnel responsibility for your unit

• Technical/administrative/economic education (bachelor’s degree or higher)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably from industry/oil & gas
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
• Strong IT skills, familiarity with PIMS is an advantage
• Proficiency in Norwegian/English

• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Solid understanding of finance and profitable business operations
• Structured, accurate, and able to maintain good oversight
• Able to handle busy days and multiple tasks simultaneously
• Understanding of the trade and practical execution skills
